I was just checking through courses that I can join after my UG, and I came across these.

Madras University offers

M.C.A. 3-year professional course
M.Sc. Computer Science – Self Supportive course (2-year)
M.Phil Computer Science (1 year)
Ph.D. Computer Science

When I checked with a few people I know, I heard the placements are also good. Does anybody know what 'Self-supportive' course means?
