Its good to know on such things.
According to my understanding Alzheimer disease is caused only due to the deficiency of Actylcholine (Neurotransmitter). But there is still a contraversy whether smoking would still have the effect of this disease to our Brain.
Talking more will help our intellectual capacity. We will be able to understand a situation more and the more we think and talk or try to use our brain., the more it becomes active as the cells in the brain would work more. How can you justify that "Talking Rarely" = Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain. How is this interlinked?
Thanks & regards,
