You can get the complete help files for any Google service from the Google system Blog here. This is very useful. which includes too many shortcut keys. Which says adding ?fulldump=1 at the end of the help home will give you the downloadable complete help files like http://mail.google.com/support for Gmail support online and to download try http://mail.google.com/support/?fulldump=1. Just give it a try.
