According to the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA), specific absorption rate, or SAR, is "a way of measuring the quantity of radiofrequency (RF) energy that is absorbed by the body." For a phone to pass FCC certification, that phone's maximum SAR level must be less than 1.6W/kg (watts per kilogram).
You can check your phone's SAR. Go to the following link take find the link for ur brand
3 options Nokia, Erricsson and others
and test it, if it is high it will be better to change that

Mobile phone radiations can easily cause cancer. So don't use phones for more than 1 hour continuously.
