Hi,
This Thread is All About an Interview Experience in ADP Inc.
the eligibitliy Constraints are:
Engineering Aggregate % : > 70%
Stream : CSIT,CSE,EEE,ECE.
Exam Location :CBIT,HYD.
1.@ Written Test:
The Written test was a Quite Easy.
The Pattern is as Follows:
1.Aptitude Part
2.Verbal Part for above two tests you need to be a student who prepared for the GRE or the person with good english knowledge.
3.Programming - you will given to find the outputs for the program provided by them . It is mostly based on the Datastructures. There is no need to go in depth but a basic knowledge of datastructures is necessary to get thru this round.
They took just 30 min for declaring the results.
Cutoff for the Written Test was not revealed but very few was selected for the next round. I can say one that of 40 people from our college they just qualified 5 members.
I am very happy to be one among them.
@ Technical Interview
This Technical Interview was not much tuff as im from the EEE background.
Interviewer asked many question in the various domains such as
C
DS
Apart from this,
The person asked me to write the programs C & Java
such as
1. Write a program to reverse the sting and to test the input word is palendrome or not?
2. Write a program to generate the fibonacci series.
Then he came to my technical background
He asked me the basics of my technology,
1.What is the principle behind transformer?
2.What are left hand and right hand principles?
3.How does the tube light works?
4.How does the transformers share the load? etc
He asked me about my favorite subject . i answered it to microcontroller.
Then he asked questions based on the microcontroller.
1.Architecture of microcontroller?
2.Write the code for the a small program in microcontroller language.
and many more questions on the designing .
like
1.how does "AND" gate works?
2.How does "XOR" gate works?
Think the person was also from the EEE background
It took Over 1 Hr to Clear this Technical Interview.
@ Hr Round
This round is very important round where with in ashort span they will test our attitude,our communication skills so..on..
They questioned me
1. Tell about ur self
2. What ate ur strengths
3. Weekness.
4. R u flexible ? ie., Can u work in any location?
5. who is ur role model?
6. Tell About ur role model for 2 minutes.
7. At last he asked "any Queries?"
This took over half hour to clear this Hr interview...
The results were announced after a 3hrs of my interview
and they just selected 2 members from our college.
This is all about my Interview Experience.
Hope this will help for out freshers eho are going to creack the Interview
My main Suggestion is
What ever may be the Stream
Be good @ Basics ie., C,DBMS
