SPREAD SHEET MODELING FOR BUSINESS DECISIONS

Middle level & Junior Managers involved in Technical and operations decision making in a computerized environment.
OBJECTIVE:
Electronic spread sheets form the most basic but get powerful tool in acidy decision making in business schools. The programme covers in-dept the usage of MIS EXCEL for solving simple and complex management problems.
COVERAGE
Business Modeling using EXCEL, Forecasting through spread sheet, Financial models through MS EXCEL, Simulation, Add – on models for spread sheet role.
PEDAGOGY
Exercise, case studies, hands-on simulations.
DATE & VENUE
This programme will be held during December 06 - 08, 2007 at IIMK Campus, Kunnamangalam, Calicut. Accommodation will be provided on a twin sharing basis in the IIMK Guest House.
