Dear All,
I was working at MNC in Chandigarh when I got this walk-in call from Ness Technologies, Bangalore. They asked me to come down to Delhi to attend the walk-in, along with me some of my friends also got the call.
We all rushed to the Delhi on the scheduled date; When we entered in to the Business Center at Nehru place,unfortunately my current company also conducting the walk-in in the same building in another floor. some of my friends were disappeared from there, because they don't want to take the risk by notifying themselves with the current MNC HR team.
Myself and some other peers rushed through the Ness Technologies Interview panel, there they scheduled for 3 levels of Interview (2-Technical and 1-HR round)
First Technical(Conducted by Team lead)
- He asked all technical related questions, and he satisfied about my answers and forwarded to 2nd round of interview.
Second Techincal(Conducted by Manager)
- She is very cool, the way she fetches the information from me it excites me and I did very well in the interview.
Finally HR round:
- HR is asked about the reason for leaving the existing company, I told the genuine reason(Be honest about the reason) and told my salary expectations.
Finally I got the offer letter on the same day.
I entered in to the building on saturday around 2pm and came back with offer letter at 8:30pm. I was very happy and excited.
My friends who disappeared at the begining poorly waiting outside for me...
