My Interview Experience
A day from Desperately looking for the job to work in a MNC ... after struggling for 3 months I got job in Genpact as Oracle apps Associate consultant ... The day started for me in the morning 4 Am where rest of the world was asleep .. I made my mind confident and went outside to catch the bus to my destiny, I reached there at 7 Am and stood in the line and waited for my turn to get in, we were asked to sit in the waiting room for near about 30 mins later they asked us to enter the campus .. wow!! the campus was too big I never thought at that moment that I was going to be a part of that company .. myself and other members entered into a room where we were given aptitude question paper it was little bit tough but managable.. waited for the results .. after some time the results are out and thank god I am in the list to take second round which was JAM (Just a Minute) .. totally 20 people sat in that room and they have given a topic "Favourite Holiday Spot" I told about my holiday spot "Goa" where I spent with 30 of friends in my college days .. I was thru in JAM round and the next round was technical interview .. I entered in to other room for technical interview .. My interviewer is a cool guy, he asked me to write a prog in C for generating fibonnacci number and write factorial program .. after that he asked some concepts in DBMS, little bit Unix .. at last he asked me to wait at the waiting hall .. A person came out and read all the names who were in the last round which is HR round and I was one among them .... as it was in the night 8 Pm our HR asked selected candidates to come next day ... Next day with the same confidence and hope entered HR room she asked me about my family background, college life and friends ... she again asked me to wait at waiting hall and now the final result is out "I got selected".. there are no boundaries for my happiness.. my heart was in joy .. me and my roommates celebrated on that occassion .. and that day became a memorable day in my life ...
Suggestion : Never loose your heart ... try and try to get succeed in your life .. everyone has their own day just wait for that day to come ..
