Rapid Prenatal Diagnosis by FISH

The participants who are interested are advised to submit complete pre registration form (vide below) and email (email subject as Workshop) to conference secretariat (ashutoshhalder@gmail.com) along with short biodata/cv and justification for the training as early as possible (preferably by 15th June 2008). Pre-Registration without biodata/cv will not be accepted for evaluation by technical
committee for selection of workshop participant. Only 15-20 mid level workers (doctor/scientist) actively/willing to be involved in the field will be considered for the workshop
Pre-Registration Closing Date: By 15/06/2008
Registration:
Only applicable to those who will be selected by the technical committee on the basis of CV & justification
Registration Fee:
Tentatively Rs.5000/- for government organization & Rs.8000/- for non-government
Registration fee includes entry to entire workshop, including demonstration, hands on experiment, lectures, interactive sessions, workshop manual, lunch and tea. It does not include accommodation & dinner
Mode of Payment:
All payments will be made only by selected candidate (15-20) through bank draft payable at New Delhi in favor of “National Workshop on Molecular Cytogenetics”. Payment by cheque is only for local (Delhi) selected participant. Other form like money order or credit card shall not be acceptable. Bank draft along with completed registration form (will be sent to selected participants/candidates) should be sent by registered/speed post to the organising secretary so as to reach the conference secretariat by 15 July 2008. Delegates shall be informed about the payment received
Refund:
Request for cancellation of registration in writing must be submitted to the organizing secretary by email or registered/speed post by 30/07/2008. Refund thereafter shall not be considered as money will be utilized for purchase of chemicals & reagents for the workshop
Accommodation:
As routine accommodation will not be provided
