Applications are invited for admission to
(1) M.B.A. (Regular), (2) M.B.A (Part-time) and (3) M.C.A.
Degree Programmes offered at the COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING GUINDY
CAMPUS, ANNA UNIVERSITY CHENNAI.
ELIGIBILITY: Candidates must have appeared for TANCET 2008 in the
respective programme(s)
1) M.B.A (Regular) and M.B.A. (Part-Time): Any Degree (10+2+3 or 4
years pattern)
2) M.C.A.: Should be a pass in any recognised Bachelor Degree of minimum
10+2+3 years duration in any discipline with core Mathematics at +2 level (or)
with Mathematics / Statistics as one of the subjects at the degree level.
MODE OF SELECTION: Based on the marks obtained in the respective
Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2008 conducted by Anna
University Chennai.
Separate Application has to be submitted for (1) M.B.A. (Regular), (2) M.B.A.
(Part-Time) and (3) M.C.A. Degree Programme.
APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE OBTAINED IN THE FOLLOWING THREE
MODES:
IN PERSON: On payment by Cash or Demand Draft (Rs.300/- for General
category and Rs.150/- for SC/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu) at the
Examination Centre, Anna University Chennai.
BY POST: By sending DD Rs.350/- (Rs.200/- for SC/ST Candidates
belonging to Tamil Nadu), (including postal charges) along with a requisition
letter and a self addressed slip to the Director, Admissions, Examination
Centres, Anna university Chennai, Chennai - 25.
BY DOWNLOADING FROM THE WEBSITE: www.annauniv.edu/mba2008 (for
M.B.A. (Regular) & M.B.A. (Part-Time)) and www.annauniv.edu/mca2008 (for
M.C.A.). The registration fee is in the form of DD for Rs.300/- (Rs.150/- for SC/ST
Candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu)
The filled in applications should be sent to the Director, Admissions, Anna
University Chennai, Chennai 25.
All DDs should be drawn in favour of the Director, Admissions, Anna
University Chennai payable at Chennai obtained from any nationalized bank
on or after 25.5.2008
Date of issue of application in person and by post : 28.05.2008
Last date for issue & submission of filledin application in person & by post: 13.06.2008
