IACS/ADVT/P/4 Application form May 13, 2008
Applications are invited for the following posts. The posts carry allowances, retirement and other benefits as per New Pension Scheme as admissible to the Central Government Employees stationed at Kolkata. Completed applications with supporting documents will be received by the Registrar, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Jadavpur, Kolkata – 700 032 upto 13th June, 2008.
1. Assistant (F & A) : 1 post reserved for ST in the Administration
Pay Scale : Rs.6500-200-10500/-.
Qualification & Experience : Commerce Graduate with Advance Accountancy and Auditing as a special paper with 5 years experience and familiarity with computer applications in accounting. The candidate having a good knowledge in preparing budget, accounts, maintenance of PF/Pension/Gratuity/Income Tax Return/handling cash/maintenance of Registers records and other duties as assigned to the candidate from time to time.
2. Assistant : 1 Post reserved for OBC in the Department of Biological Chemistry.
Pay Scale : Rs.6500-200-10500/-.
Qualification & Experience : Graduate in Science/Arts/Commerce with five years experience, having good knowledge of English and Computer applications and Office Administration.
3. Technical Assistant ‘A’ : 1 Post reserved for SC in the Department of Physical Chemistry.
Pay Scale : Rs.5500-175-9000/-.
Qualification & Experience : B.Sc. with two years experience in laboratory or H.S. with Diploma in Engineering and five years experience.
Desirable : Experience in handling computer.
