hi all,
my english language writing is not much good...so..
:)
I am come up with the interview facing with X company in the following manner.
This is my first Interview experience with the CMM Level 5 comp.In the morning I got call from the consultant, she told me about how my rank would be with the same company but at the same time i rejected. so i told consultant saying "no i am not interested". whole day i go through the interview question book " HR 100 questions". At the night i agree with the consultant and come accros telephone and say YES I will attend. on the very next day i would have technical interview with one medam sitting in front of me. and conversation as follow.
medam : what is your previous experience ?
me : on embedded, micorocntroller of 8051 family.
medam : do you have any experience on C embedded ?
me : NO. some what programing with C. mainly i am going through the microcontroller and assembly language.
medam : OK..(nerviously)
than after she will be strat asking questions about Embedded C, RTOS..ect in which i haven't worked.
at every question i said : NO IDEA as i dont' know it.
i had given most of write answer about assemby language questionas.
so from overall interview my 30 % questions are correct only.
so in nervious mood i come out with the intreview. as lot of senier people were there with the interview. so i was not expecting any chances with the same company.
HR inetrview at the same time:
how you feel about pune ? why you prefer to go to pune ?
recently no of frnds in pune ? etc..
what the sallery you are expecting ?
ans: As a fresher i joined the KPIT if i passed the interview ? and i also come up with the new technologies. so what everysalleyr given to fresher is expected by me. and after thses much discussion i got replay from interview
:"we will call all you lator" (as usual answer forr the not selected people).
by fishing whese much conversatoin i left the office at 11:00 am with nervious mood.
at the 4:00 Pm i got the call from consultant that you have passed first round and you would be called for second round on tomorrow 6:00 am early of the morning in conferece. in the first time i didn't believe this that i would pass my first round.
i was not having very suitable clothes for interview so i weared with back shirt and black pent in the conference room colouredas white. first sense i realised that i would not select bcoz fo my dressed coloured.
he had start asking queston by questions.
interviewer : what is the capital income of comany X ?
me : no idea.
interviewer : have you gone through the website of comany x ?
me : NO
interviewer : what is your current working are ?
me : embeddded , microcontroler ?
interviewer : what work is going on ?
me : convering assembly routine in C?
interviewer : why ?
me : our most of library is build up with assembly langauage and as developement is concern we need to go with C afterall so...
interviewer : is there any communication between customer and youself ?
me : yes.
interviewer : are you really feel good with new technologies ?
me :yes.
interviewer : how many employees are working in company ?
me : very small scale company and three engineers only.
interviewer : what do you about comany ?
me : not much except it is in pune.
interviewer : OK Anil...nice to meet you...have a nice day bye.
and at the END of day i got offer letter.
"my interview is not all about technical expectattion of interviewer
but it's all includes positive attitude towards whta you answered and your confidence to the given answer ?
today i had completed 1.7 Yrs in the same comany and I knew taht positive attitude is the key point of progress.

Hey buddy.. even if ur English is not so good, please follow an advice, before submitting an article, please do spell check may be using Office Word...
I must appreciate your +ve attitude and confidence... keep it up
