Kongu Engineering College had organized the first International Conference on this broad area, during January, 2006. To provide another opportunity to exchange views and to establish direction for future research, this second conference on “Resource Utilization and Intelligent Systems” is being organized now to provide forum to scientists, engineers, academicians and industrialists all over the world. Papers that address different aspects of “Resource Utilization and Intelligent Systems” are solicited.
