IT companies in India are going to recruit more number of fresher in the forth coming year. IT companies like TCS and Infosys gonna increase their salary to freshers. And this year there seems to be an increased demand for IT freshers.

Both TCS and Infosys are going to increase an average of 40% recruitments in the year 2008-2009.
