My Interview For Microsoft Student Partner

This is about my experience which happened during last year. This interview is conducted even nowadays. For information goto CNUGstudents.com
Now to begin with the interview. I was told that the interview had two rounds
1. GD(Group Discussion)
2. Personal Interview(although I didn't qualify)

1. I was pretty confident with my speaking of English and went to the GD hall. I was sitting along with seven other members. The topic was announced as ""RAGGING""
We were given two minutes to refresh our mind from stress and prepare for the GD.
I was not able to get any points about the topic because it was so general and everyone knows that ragging is bad and that was the only one thing I was able to come up with. But that I was not able to speak out because the other seven in my batch were speaking better than me and they were all repeating the same point again and again in different words. I was sitting dumb watching them and finally
I was sent away with disappointment. So everyone who wants to attend interviews in IT companies be prepared for a GD
