NOTIFICATION FOR JUNIOR PROJECT FELLOW
The department of Computer Education and Technological Aids (DCETA), NCERT, New Delhi requires the
services of a Junior Project Fellow (JPF), on purely temporary basis, with immediate effect till 31st March, 2009. The JPF
with National Eligibility Test (NET) or equivalent qualification will be paid remuneration of Rs. 8000/- per month
(consolidated) while JPF without NET will be paid Rs.7000/- per month (consolidated)*.
The JPFs will have to work on the Project:
• Development of Learning objects based on Secondary School Science.
Interested persons may see the Head, DCETA for walk-in-interview on 24.06.2008 at 10:30 AM with a copy of biodata
and testimonials. However, they should submit their applications to DCETA in Room No.160 Chacha Nehru Bhawan
NCERT Campus on or before 23.06.2008 upto 4:00 p.m. and get the original certificates and mark sheets on 24.062008.
Before applying the prospective candidate may please ensure the he/she satisfies following
qualifications/conditions:
• M.Sc. preferably in Computer Science / Information Technology OR M.C.A. from a recognized
university/Institution
• NET or equivalent qualification from a recognized university*.
• Consistently good academic record with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade in all university-level degrees.
• Maximum age 30 years (Relaxed for SC/ST and women candidates up to 5 years).
• Fluency in English.
Preference will be given to candidates
• Experience of working in the area of educational research.
• Good writing skill.
• Working knowledge of computers in education.
