Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Should have 5-6 yrs experience in Designing JAVA/J2EE web based
applications.
2. Knowledge of Rational RSA/Unified Process
3. Should be technically sound in Java J2EE technologies with 3-4 yrs
experience in coding in Java, Jstruts, JSP, Servlet
4. Should be good at code reviews, defect prevention
5. Should be able to create and review design and provide technical inputs
for refining the design
