Primary Skills: hands on experience in C#.Net,ASP.Net,.Net Framework & XML.
Job Description:
• Overall 5+ years of experience with hands-on experience in design and development of .NET applications.
• Can independently do design and architecture
• Can think of various feasible solutions, their drawbacks and advantages
• Has experience in integrating with third party components
• Has experience in projects from RS to UAT / full life cycle and familiar with project execution, Quality Standards and Processes.
• Hands-on experience on solution implementation on .NET platform, design pattern and practices (Smart Client, Smart Client, Singleton, MVC, Abstract Factory, Façade).
• Experience on Microsoft and Third party frameworks (nHibernate, Spring.NET, Infragistics) would be a big plus.
• Experience in migration projects (tool based etc.) will be a big plus.
• Passion for technology – Exposure to .NET 3.0 (WCF, WPF, WWF and CS).
• Experience in Requirement Analysis.
• Strong UML experience, DB Design skills.
• Experience in design tools like Visio, Rational.
• Knowledge of Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture, EAI knowledge is a plus.
• MCSD certification would be a plus.
• In addition of technical depth and breadth, Technical Lead requires excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Roles & Responsibilities-
• Understand the business requirement to provide design and architecture
• Provide technical leadership to technical resources and customers to meet project deadlines and ensure project objective are met
• Provide inputs to pre-sales team/project manager for estimation and planning
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities related to development projects
• Consult, review and mentor technical resources concerning methods, procedures, and standards to be used during design, development, and unit testing phases of system development projects
• Creating and reviewing prototypes, integrating systems, site architecture management, implementing end-to-end solutions, managing a team and partnering with client teams.
• Communicate issues and status information to the Project Manager concerning system development activities.
