NOTIFICATION
.~ Applications in the prescribed forms are invited from qualified candidates for the appointment to the post of Lab Technician in the Calicut University Health Centre in the scale of pay of Rs.5930-9590.
1. Qualification :
(1) Pass in Pre-degree or any other course equivalent there to
(2) Pass in Medical Lab Technician course conducted by Medical Colleges or equivalent qualification there to.
2.Age:
Not more than 35 years as on 01-01-2008
3.Number and nature of post: I (one) - Open
4. Application fee : Rs. 100/- (SC/ST candidates need to remit Rs. 25/- as
application fee)
Application forms can be had from the Deputy Registrar (Admn.), University of Calicut, Calicut University P.O., Malappuram ~ 673 635 on request along with chalan receipt for Rs. 25/- (SC/ST candidates need to remit Rs. 10/-) remitted towards the cost of application form and a self addressed and sufficiently stamped envelope. Application form can also be had directly from the Deputy Registrar (Admn.) on request along with the chalan receipt. SC/ST candidates should produce proof for availing concession on cost of Application form and
application fee.
The cost of application form and application fee should be remitted sepa{ately to the Calicut University fund account as given below:
For remittance in the state treasury in Malappuram District "8443-00-106 PD Account of CalicutUniversity. For remittancein all otherTreasuriesin KeralaState"8658- 00 - 102 - 96 (02) CUS". The cost of application form and application fee can be remitted at the Cash Counter at Pareeksha Bhavan, Calicut University Campus and Friends Janasevana Kendras in all districts
I in Kerala, also. Candidates residing out side the Kerala State can remit the amount l;>ymeans of Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Calicut University payable at SBT, Calicut University Branch, Malappuram District, Kerala State. Cash/Cheque etc. are not acceptable.
Duly filled-in the applications accompanied by attested copies of testimonials to prove age, qualifications and experience along with chalan receipt (Demand Draft in the case of candipates outside the State) towards application fee should reach The Deputy Registrar (Ad~n.), University of Calicut, Calicut University P.O., Malappuram District - 673 635 on
or before 28thJune 2008.
Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained.
The cover containing duly filled up application form shall be superscribed "Application for the Post of Lab Technician in the University Health Centre".
The University reserves the right for the cancellation of proceedings as per this notification without assigning any reason thereof.
