Hemant Kukreti has published four volumes of poetry: Chalne se pehle (Vani, New Delhi, 1996,); Naya Basta (Vani: New Delhi, 2002); Chand par Nao (Jyanpith: New Delhi, 2003); Kabhi jal, kabhi jaal (Jyanpith: New Delhi, 2008). He has received the Bharat Bhushan Aggarwal Puraskar (2000), Kriti Samman (2001), and Kedar Nath Aggarwal Samman (2003). Hemant Kukreti?s poetry has been translated into German, Italian, Spanish, and Polish. He teaches Hindi at Shyam Lal College, University of Delhi.
Nitoo Das teaches English at Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi. She runs a blog that began as a research experiment over a year ago while working on a project on poetry as hypertext. Her interests include poetry, fractals, caricatures, comic books, films, and studies of online communities.
