Job Profile:
This is a Generalist profile with more emphasis on survey Management and Consulting. Other responsibilities would include the following:
* Compensation and benefit policy development and management.
* Designing and conducting sponsored compensation and benefit surveys
* Building sustainable client relationships
* Contribution to the development of industry/sector surveys to follow a regular cycle
* Analyzing and interpreting survey results to provide clients with relevant interpretation
* Indirectly will provide new staff with guidance, direction and support
* Contribution to the projects, surveys and/or consulting assignments that the position is responsible for
Must haves -
- MBA HR (Full time) from a reputed institute only
- Good academic track record
- Work experience with reputed organizations known for their HR practices
- Analytical, Planning and organizing skills
Location: Chennai
The role has a heavy on-the-job learning component as it provides exposure to the core Information Services business activities, processes and methodologies.
