(1) He-Ne Red polarized LASER (2) He-Ne Green LASER
Terms And Conditions
1 All prices should be quoted including taxes, transportation, insurance, installation etc.
2 The prices should be valid for not less than 30 days
3 Any material found not to specification or malfunctioning within the first month has
to be replaced and NOT to be repaired.
4 Any other condition as per Bhavnagar University rules will be mentioned in the order
or supplementary rules.
5 Any condition not agreeable to the vendor should be pointed out and any deviations
from our specifications should be submitted along the tender documents.
6 Only reputed vendors having sales tax/VAT registration number (which should be
quoted clearly in the tender with date of registration are eligible.
7 In case of interpretation of any claim or in case of dispute, the decision of Registrar,
Bhavnagar University, Bhavnagar, will be final and binding to both the parties.
8 IMPORTANT: All technical claims must be supported by relevant
documents/broucher/Pamphelets/Technical literature. Any tender submitted
without ALL Technical details is likely to be rejected.
9 EMD:- Rs. 10,000/- (Refundable) + Rs. 500/- Form fees (Non refundable) DD in
favor of “RAMANNA FELLOWSHIP PROJECT” payable at Bhavnagar.
10 Last date of submission: The complete details and prices must reach on or before
Monday May 26, 2008 before 5:00 PM at the Department of Physics, Bhavnagar
