Overview
To join the stream of Functional Materials in terms of synthesis, structure and stimuli-responsive specific functions and engineering is to be at the forefront of Inquiry and Invention. While realizing and implementing this important task of education and research, this conference is a genuine venture to bring the experts in these areas and to expose the students ( a selective audience) to concepts, hands-on experience of seasoned minds and to the facts and figures of cutting edge research, clearly the legacy of the graceful horde of invited speakers. Needless to mention that the inter-scientist interaction among the diverse faculty will add objectivity in cross-disciplinary work.

Accommodation details
The participants of the conference will be accommodated in
Bose-Einstein Guest House
Taramani Guest House
The institute guest houses offer accommodation in a natural premise with sufficient asthetics.The rooms are furnished and equipped with period furniture, meeting the requirements and expectations of visitors. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The guest houses are situated at ~ 5-10 minutes walking distance within the campus.
Basic accommodation is also available for student participants in hostels at nominal charges.
