Microsoft unhappy with yahoo-google deal

Microsoft have expressed their bitterness over the Yahoo -google deal .They had earlier been trying to strike a deal with yahoo but the deal did not take place.When asked for their opinion regarding the deal , a representive of the company said the following "Our position has been clear since April that any deal between these two companies will increase prices for advertisers and start to consolidate more than 90 percent of the search advertising market in Google's hands.
Legal and industry experts agree that this would clearly make the market less competitive." Google posted a blog on thursday saying that the deal would preserve the competition and by offering their technology to yahoo the process would become more efficient.
