JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Available: HR Generalist
Location: New Delhi
General Characteristics:
1. Helps the organization in recruitment and staffing process.
2. Works on employee retention.
3. Responsible for employee engagement and employee relationship activities.
4. Support growth initiatives of the organization through day to day HR operational support.
Responsibilities:
1. Supports H R Manager during the recruitment process for effective recruitment.
2. Supports and improves recruitment infrastructure.
3. Conducts attrition analysis; find out root causes and help H R Manager in implementing action plans so as to improve retention.
4. Initiates actions to improve employee engagement index.
5. Maintains and initiates employee relationship activities.
6. Updates HRMS and publishes meaningful reports.
Qualification and Person Specification
* Degree in Human Resource Management / MBA in HR.
* More than three years experience in recruitment and staffing.
Competencies
Action Oriented, Creativity, Ethics and values, integrity and trust, Listening, Personal Learning, Planning, Drive for results and Communication.
Essential Skills
· HR Generalist.
· Hiring and staffing.
· Interpersonal Skills.

* One year compulsory Training in Abroad.
* Hindi is must.
