Job Description: The candidate would be expected to be a part of the QA group within the Investment Management Systems group, which would be responsible for all aspects of testing on multi-platform, multi-client systems developed on varied platforms. The Test Specialist would be responsible for functional & automation testing in FIL India – Investment Management systems group, including developing automated test suites and application performance test packs for critical applications. Moreover, the selected candidate would be expected to liaise with and independently manage testing requirements for a suite of application within the Fixed Income world of Investment Management.
Candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech. or M.C.A. degree in Computer Science with 6 + years of industry experience. Essential skills include experience in functional testing, Quality Center (Test Director), working in Financial Services environment. The candidate may be required to travel on short notice.
Experience in Investment Management (especially Fixed Income or Mutual funds, Equity, Income management, Asset Management, derivatives, trading etc) domain will be a big advantage. Experience in WinRunner / QTP is also desirable
