Responsibilities:

· Develop process improvement and CMMI model awareness
· Performing comprehensive Gap Analysis
· Developing a Process Improvement Road Map
· Facilitating Process Definition
· Training on the Defined Processes
· Support Piloting the process improvements
· Mentoring and hand-holding to institutionalize the processes
· Conducting Preliminary Appraisals to facilitate in-course corrections
· Preparing for formal appraisal/assessment
· Recommending for formal appraisal/assessment

Requirements:

· SEI-CMMI implementation experience of minimum 4 to 5 years
· Should be well versed in all the levels, associated process areas and the goals of CMMI
· Investigating Key CMMI Concepts
· Exploring Process Areas, Goals and Practices
· Performing CMMI Appraisals
· Advancing from Analysis to Implementation
· Applying the CMMI for Future Use
· The ability to work across different functional teams
· Must possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong command of English Language, both verbal and written
· Should be willing to work in US day shifts (Indian Night Shifts).
