The Parishad believes in the Principle - “True Education inspires service to the mankind.”. Nababharat Shiksha Parishad (NSP), India, is a non-commercial voluntary autonomous Educational and Social institution with the aims of expansion and promotion of Education, publication of scarce unique and newly written literature, pays honour and due promotion to the educationists and generate new avenues for self - sufficient, Job - oriented Education. The Parishad has maintained strict adherence to the principles, and guidelines formulated by the statutory bodies of the Govt. of India and Govt. of Orissa, Ministry of Higher Education vide its Letter Nos. 5M-IV-74-05 NO.46491/Dt. 26.10.05 & Memo No.5M-74-05-IV : 16792/Dt. 28.03.06 and other relevant bodies like the NCTE, New Delhi , DEC, New Delhi. The Parishad has been able to accomplish its academic and administrative structure in accordance to the frame work enacted by the DEC Act of 2002, Govt. of India. The specific objectives are enumerated below : To Democratize Basic & Higher Education by providing it to the students at their door steps to achieve the excellence in education. To provide education to one and all, irrespective of age/ sex/ caste/ territory. To provide job - oriented and professional education globaly using existing resources and technology. To promote and popularise education under Open & Distance Education system in the pattern of other developed countries. To restructure professional education to meet new challenges of 21st century. To literate the illiterate mass under ‘illiteracy eradication programme’ to make education a tool for social change for the betterment of the society. To build healthy society by conducting spiritual workshops and enhancing self consciousness Special : Students passing their examination through the Parishad have been getting the facility of temporary/ permanent employment since its operation. The Parishad is functioning at par with the new National Education policy of Govt. of India.
