NOTIFICATION

This is for information of all concerned that as per the Regulations for Allotment and Vacation of Residential Houses, 2005 (Adopted by the Board of Management vide Resolution No. B.43/2005/1/3.9 dated 12/01/2005), following procedures are mentioned:

1. An employee shall have to apply to the Secretary of the House Allotment Committee for allotment of a house on the prescribed form.
2. The Deputy Registrar (Administration) shall verify the dates of first joining as well as the dates of joining in various ranks in TU services of the applicant.
3. The notification calling applications for allotment of quarters shall be made twice in a year in the months of January and July. The meeting of the HAC shall be held within the month from the date of receipt of the applications .However, the Committee may hold more than the 2(two) schedule meetings in case of necessity with the approval of the Vice-Chancellor.

As such, employees are requested kindly to apply for residential accommodation as and when such applications are invited.
