Sub:- Work of Repairs and Renovation of Old Hostel Mess at Pune Campus.
We submit herewith our Tender for the above mentioned works, duly completed in all
respects.
1) We have read and studied the General Conditions of Contract. We agree to
abide by them.
2) We also agree to complete the proposed work within One (1) CALENDER
MONTHS from the date of commencement, as mentioned in the Appendix.
3) We agree to execute and complete the proposed works at the rates quoted.
4) We are enclosing herewith a Crossed Cheque / Demand Draft for Rs. 7,000/-
(Rupees Fifteen thousand Only) (Must be on any Nationalized Bank / Scheduled
Bank) in the favour of The REGISTRAR S.N.D.T. WOMEN’s UNIVERSITY, MUMBAI, as
“Earnest Money”, which amount is not to bear any interest. We agree that this
amount shall be forfeited in the event of any evasive refusal or delay in signing
the contract, when called upon to do so.
5) We have inspected the site of works and acquainted ourselves with the local
conditions. We will not claim any extra amounts for reason arising out of site
condition. Rates quoted by us include all such eventualities.
6) The rates quoted in the tender shall be valid for three months from the date of
opening of the tender.
7) Cost of tender form Rs.2000/- (non refundable)
