Mr.Manmohan Singh has warnerd sonia gandhi that he would step down from his post if the N- deal does not go ahead.Top leaders of the left have received hate mails because of their stand in the N- deal.They have also received death threats saying they were harassing manmohan singh.Scientist are not happy with the way left is acting.They are of the opinion that this deal is important for development of nuclear science and for recognision of the indian technologies .There was a report in the newspaper yesterday that the left are opposing this deal as they fear they would lose the muslim minority in the state if the deal was made.The muslim community anger towards US have increased after the 2003 iraq war.The left are in a difficult position as their allies have offered their support to the government for making the deal.
