VASTU SHASTRA--- A GIFT OF NATURE.
Indian peninshula is located North of Equator, with Tropic of Cancer passing through her centre, characterising her of a region of Tropical Climate comprising of varied climatic zones as-
Hot-Humid tropical in Sothern, Eastern and Western penninsula, Hot-Dry climate in central platue, Hot-Dry dessert zone in extreme West and North West, Temporate and cold climatic zones in extreme North.
Worth to study is the Sun path for India. Even when the Sun is in Southern Hemisphere, in angle and elevation it never crosses the equatorial line towards south and remains in the southern hemisphere of southern penninshular India.Hence Southern India is Hot-Humid and central India HOT-DRY, throughout the Year.
Wind Direction for Southern India ( i.e.south of cancer) is from South West and South East. Maximum heat from West and intense radiation from South, South East and South West. East-North East-North and North West gives India, temporate, natural diffused glare free light.
A dwelling in India, particularly southern and central , would get natural and refreshing light from East-North East-North-and North West and therefore dwelling should have maximum and large size openings towards these directions. Admit wind from South West and west to drive away the internal heat and used stale air towards North and North East and effect natural ventilation. It is advisable for hot and dry climatic zones to creat or locate water bodies or fountains in the direction of air i.e. South West and West to admit cool air with pleasurable saturation of humidity.Where as water body in North East, has no cooling effect on interiors. Kitchen that heats the interiors be located in South East , which itself is hot direction than heating any other place in dwelling. Air admitted from South West direction would drive away kitchen heat from Eastern corner.
All directions are cardinal directions and for tropical southern India, East, South East,South, South West and West are the directions with strongest cosmic and solar enegry. How come South therefore be a direction of negative enegry. Wherever natural heat and enegry exhists, it diminishes growth of micro organisms and fungus,fascilitates vegitation, on the contrary humidity with dark spaces incubates the microbes.Why south or southern directions would bring a bad omen?The directions are best for natural ventilation also.Heat from these directions provide natural germicidation and not source of negative enegry for mankind.
South is not bad. Yama is not death. YAMA AND NIYAMA MEANS EQUILIBRIUM OF AND WITHIN ALL ENEGRY SPHERES. Openings in South is not bad and is not the cause of deaths in family( Even otherwise min.5 deaths in a family are certain), is not a cause for financial lossess, no reason for disputes in family, no cause for children not doing well.
On the other hand blocked directions creates dark gloomy, unhealthy, unhygienic interior spaces and is the cause of most of the lossess, disturbed minds-leading to disputes in family.LET THE BODY OF A DWELLING BE HEALTHY TO KEEP ITS OCCUPANTS HEALTHY-PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY.
Let a dwelling be as open as possible from all sides( Minimum three sides) Even be open with limited and transperent curtains and admit ample of light and ventilation. Let interiors be as simple as possible, as if nature inside. SIMPLICITY IS A VIRTUE WE HAVE FORGOTTEN. AIRCONDITIONERS MAKE THE INTERIORS DARK AND GLOOMY, NOTHING LIKE FRESH AND NATURAL LIGHT AND VENTILATION. SIMPLICITY HAS NOTHING PARALLEL IN DERIVING PEACE OF MIND.
PEACEFUL MIND IS A HEALTHY MIND-WOULD CREATE HEALTHY BODY. THOSE WHO WILL LISTEN TO PRESENT DAY VASTU PANDITS AND BREAK CHANGES IN THEIR DWELLINGS, WOULD CONSTANTLY REMAIN IN PSYCOSIS OF NEGATIVE ENEGRIES FROM BAD DIRECTIONS POUNCING ON THEM.
CONVERT THIS DWELLING TO' MY SWEET HOME' HAVE NO FEAR OF ANY DIRECTIONS. NATURE HAS GIFTED EMMENSE ENEGRIES TO WE THE PEOPLE OF BHARAT. LET US USE THESE ENEGRIES FOR BETTER THAN FEARING THEM.
