Key Responsibility Areas / Job Description :-
Test Plans preparation, Writing/ Reviewing and Validating test cases/plans. Establishing QA standards and clearly defined quality methods, ensuring defect free deliveries, collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters. Coordination with geographically separated multiple project management and development teams.
Skills Required :- Knowledge of Automated and Manual testing for .Net, SQL and Domino Applications. Collating, Analyzing and periodically reporting performance data. Deriving and driving overall quality improvement goals and plans for team and self. Excellent communication skills - REQUIRED
For QA Manager :
Required Skills:
QA Leadership Experience for Large-scale, Complex Projects
8+ yrs of IT QA experience
Strong knowledge of software testing concepts and practices, including white box and black box testing, code coverage techniques, performance and scalability testing, regression testing,
vulnerability, analysis, software and quality metrics, and other techniques.
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle models.
Strong technical background
Knowledge of database products and technologies.
Experience with Automated Testing and Test Mgmt Tools
Ability to manage large QA teams working on multiple projects
Excellent Communication Skills
Work with teams located in multiple locations
