Education B.E./M.C.A/M.Sc/M.B.A/Any Graduate with Testing Certification

Soft / Behavioral Skills

• Extremely good in communication and interpersonal skills• Excellent team manager / player with good interpersonal skills• Strong understanding of testing processes• Ability to execute assignment/project with minimum supervision/hand holding.

Experience: 6 - 10 Years

Primary ( Essential ) Technical Skills

Strong experience in working with test automation tools, performance testing using variety of load testing tools and in Automation & Functional Testing.

Implemented framework based automation using QTP.

Expert on data driven testing and be able to drive an automation initiative for multiple customers at the same time.

Expert in LoadRunner with working knowledge of testing with more than 500 concurrent users and variety of monitors.

Ability to define Test strategy.

Exposure to clients, test estimation & planning.

Secondary ( Desirable ) Technical Skills

Knowledge of SQL scripts to perform back end testing using QTP.

Good knowledge of multiple infrastructure and possible performance bottlenecks.

BFSI is MUST.
