List of candidates selected from the waitlist on June 16, 2008
Notes for the selected candidates:
1. Based on the performance in entrance test held on May 25, 2008, the
candidates in the list (second list generated out of waitlist) given below are
offered admissions to the 2008 batch of MSc (IT) program of DA-IICT.
2. To avail this offer of admission, candidate shall complete the following:
a. Candidate needs to send the fees of Rs. 30000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand only)
by demand draft drawn in favour of DA-IICT payable at Ahmedabad. This
amount included Rs. 25,000 towards tuition fees for the first semester and a
refundable caution deposit of Rs. 5,000.
b. Photocopy of the following documents should also be submitted along
with Demand Draft:
i. Certificate/mark sheet of Standard 10th
ii. Certificate/mark sheet of Standard 12th
iii. Semester wise mark sheet of your qualifying degree
iv. Admit card sent to you earlier
3. Demand draft along with above mentioned documents must reach DA-IICT
latest by June 28, 2008. Failing which this offer of admission will stand canceled
and the seat will be offered to the next candidate in the waitlist.
4. All the admissions are provisional in nature and are subject to the submission of
original document/certificate of the qualifying degree as well as other
documents as mentioned in point number 2b latest by November 30, 2008.
Failing which such provisional admissions are liable for cancellation.
5. If a candidate is found ineligible at a later date, even after admission to the
program, his/her admission will be cancelled.
6. The academic session starts from July 21, 2008 and all the admitted candidates
required registering for the semester as per the details provided in the admission
letter, which will be issued to you after receipt of fees and documents.
7. Candidates who require hostel accommodation may contact the Warden after
the commencement of the academic semester. Please note that hostel
accommodation for boys is limited, however all girls will be accommodated.

1. Candidate from the waitlist will be offered admission as per the order in the
waitlist, given below, if seats are available.
2. The waitlisted candidate should check this web site from July 1, 2008 onwards
for their updated status.
