We are looking for Professionals for our Gurgaon Centre, at various levels.
Requirement: CRM Testing
About The Team you are being interviewed for at SAP labs India.
The CRM Quality Management team is responsible for executing and tracking all test related functions such as scenario, process, functional, performance, security, accessibility, automation, etc. for each Customer Relationship Management software release provided by SAP.
You will be responsible for creating and executing test cases for each new release of CRM. Must quickly learn and understand
CSS, GTP, and the CRM application in order to execute weekly test cycles to meet quick delivery cycles. Will work and interact within a managed team and across organizations focused on a particular subsection of the application.
What we are looking for:
• In-depth understanding of quality related processes
• Experience in writing test cases and doing manual testing
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
• High customer orientation
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Proficient written and verbal English skills
• Ability to work in virtual teams
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Develop test plans that verify functionality operates as specified in MRDs and ensure the application behaves properly in the face of unintended usage
• Implement high level QA methodology and testing architecture for effective testing.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts that reflect the test plans. Establish a working relationship with Development and Solution Management counterparts and contribute to product feature discussions
• Work with Dev, ASM, and QA in different geographical locations and time zones to resolve product quality issues in a timely manner
• Review product documentation related to a feature area and verify that the documentation accurately reflects product functionality
• Evangelize Quality practices across different organizations within SAP
• Provide timely and accurate work progress via status reports and weekly meetings
• Mentor team members
• Interview and assist in the recruitment of new employees
• Assist in the training and assimilation of new employees
Work Exp :- 1 to 9 Yrs (Max)
Work Location :- Gurgaon.
Education Qlf: - BE/B.Tech/MCA (from Premium Colleges, Fulltime with Min 65% and above throughout in all academics)
