Brief JD : It will be a Corporate position to handle the entire gamut of HR functions - From Recruitment to Exit
Location : Chennai
Manager / Sr. Manager - IR
Qualification : MSW / MBA (Full Time)
Yrs. of Experience & brief JD : Min. 12+ years, should have been working in a Manufacturing Setup, should be able to handle the IR issues, unions, disciplinary actions, legal matters, settlements. Should be capable of handling the unit IR & HR independently.
