--5-8 years of experience in Application Development
--Hands on experience in J2EE ( JBOSS; APACHE; LINUX)
--Experience on architecture & framework design using J2EE
--Experience on OOAD using UML
--Exposure to SOA preferred
--Good fundamentals of database design
--Exposure to quality processes and methodologies
--Experience in test planning & test execution
--Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
