Hi Arun, Thanks for appreciation. you are asolutely right our visual memory is more stronger than our word memory. But we can make our word memory as good as our visual memory. To work for word memory is tedious but i have some tips to make it easier. If you can implememnt visual memory to learn words that would make your word power strong and you can grasp anything you like. This is why being linguistic is like being smarter. The other best way to learn good words is by making it password and everytime you counter new good words change to new password. Even repeatatiion can help you to make strong memory. for example when you recite hanuman chalisa for the first time you need book but when you repeat more than five times it gets imprinted in your unconcious mind where remains like permanent. Unconcious mind is where you can't erase conciously. for example when you get electric shock for first time and then you get scared everytime when you get near to electricity. This is because that fear ingrains in our unconcious mind. If you need more information about i can help you out.
