Updated List of Deficient Documents (B.Pharma, B.Sc. (HS) & 5 year Integrated B.A.LL.B. admissions)
Updated list of all the applicants along with deficiencies in their admission forms can be viewed alphabetically on http://www.puchd.ac.in/cet2008/cet_def_name.pdf and CET roll number-wise on http://www.puchd.ac.in/cet2008/cet_def_roll.pdf . This list will be updated from time to time. The candidates who have already applied but their names do not appear in this list should contact the office of the University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
All candidates are requested to submit the deficient documents (especially 12th class detailed marks card) before 7th July, 2008 by 5 p.m., failing which their admission forms will be cancelled on being incomplete.
The attested copies of the following documents are required with the admission forms. View the updated status of your application from time to time on the University website to take necessary measures.
1. Result card of 12th class showing marks
2. Result card of 10th class showing marks
3. Character certificate
4. CET result card
5. Supporting documents for claiming reservation
6. Gap-year certificate (only for those having a gap in the studies)
