film really shows the current trend in REAL ESTATE MARKET..

change has to come in society...may be this film will start all that..

the film is all about a land grabber named DEVRAJ..WHO is brought down cleverly by our hero nitin..

techonolgy is used effectively in this film

mamta mohandas ,sindhu tulani,bhrath has done good work

first half was little bit boring..

second half is intreresting..comedy is not good..plot is good but telling was not good..

Nitin really needs to slow down on his dialogue delivery.

His six packs are in place, and he has even worked on his dance.

But he was much better as an actor in his earlier movies, and somehow seems to be neglecting this main aspect with

each successive movie

The second half you keep hoping will pick up and not till the last 20 minutes does something really happen
