Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: BA Experience: 0-1 Years Skills: To reconcile intercompany breaks over group materiality for 3 emea Legal Entities CSi, CSSEL, CSLB. , To extract trade information from the entity systems and reconcile to ADAC Level 4 balances (ADAC is the Zurich consolidation system). To liaise with counterparties and other departments on reconciliations and remediation. To write up/maintain detailed procedures on the major re-occurring breaks To maintain summarised Hyper-knowledge notes for the teams processes (Hyperknowledge maintains procedures documentation). To provide information to the Legal Entity Teams (LET) to prevent breaks prior to closing. Support the LET by providing counterparty information for such re-classes Provide semi annual analysis to the LET for statutory account purposes. Look for system enhancements that will improve processes for the intercompany team and the LET's. Reconcile Fiduciary deposits between CSLB and Private Banking which do not appear as intercompany breaks. Area of expertise: Operations
