First list of provisionally selected candidates for Admission in
BBA Programme - 2008
In continuation of our earlier notification dated June 28, 2008 and Counselling held on July 5, 2008,
the first list of provisionally selected candidates for admission in BBA programme at this Centre is
being notified below, based on merit as determined by marks obtained in Class 12. This notification is
being put on our website and also on the Notice Boards at all Extension Centres and Main Campus.
The provisionally selected candidates are required to appear in person to take admission strictly as per
the following dates and times, or else their provisional offers of admission will be cancelled:
From July 7, 2008 to July 10, 2008
Between 10 AM to 4 PM on working days ( Sunday Closed)
At the time of the Admission, the provisionally selected candidates must carry all the original
certificates and documents as listed below, as well as the requisite Demand Draft for Rs. 32,500/-
in favour of Birla Institute of Technology, payable at Jaipur , so that they can complete
the admission process in one day.
1. Pass Certificate of Class 10
2. Marksheet of Class 10
3. Marksheet of Class 12 / Intermediate or equivalent Examination
4. Originals of caste certificate and / or being physically handicapped (if applicable)
5. Originals of other special category certificates (if applicable)
6. School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate from Principal
7. Migration Certificate
8. Three recent colour passport size photographs, identical to the photograph affixed in the
application form
Please Note:
All candidates must submit their original documents and certificates at the time of admission, which
will be retained by the Institute
