List of provisionally selected candidates for counseling of BCA & BBA - 2008
Based on merit as determined by marks obtained in class 12, the first lists of provisionally
selected candidates for counseling are being notified below. This notification is being put on
our website and also on the Notice Boards at all Extension Centres and Main Campus.
The provisionally selected candidates are required to appear in person for counseling,
verification of documents strictly as per the following dates and times, or else their
provisional offers of admission will be cancelled:
For BCA
Counseling 02-07-08 9:00 AM To 4 PM
Publication of list of
selected candidates
02-07-08 6:00 PM
Admission 03-07-08 to 05-07-08
For BBA
Counseling 05-07-08 9:00 AM To 4 PM
Publication of list of

Please Note:
1. The candidates are advised to come fully prepared to take admission on the very next
day after counseling.
2. There will be no extension of the given date for admission.
3. All candidates must submit their original documents and certificates at the time of
admission, which will be retained by the Institute until further notice.
At the time of counseling, the provisionally selected candidates must carry all the
original certificates and documents as listed below, as well as the requisite Demand
Draft for Rs. 32,500/- in favour of Birla Institute of Technology, payable at
Allahabad, so that they can complete the admission process in time.
1. Pass Certificate of Class 10
2. Marksheet of Class 10
3. Marksheet of Class 12 / Intermediate or equivalent Examination
4. Originals of caste certificate and / or being physically handicapped (if applicable)
5. Originals of other special category certificates (if applicable)
6. One fresh set of self attested photocopies of all these documents
7. Demand Draft for Rs. 32,500/- payable as above
8. Three recent colour passport size photographs, identical to the photograph affixed
in the application form.
Based on the subsequent vacancies the second lists of provisionally selected candidates
will be notified on 9 July, 2008.
