Eligibility:
For admission to M.Tech. in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering : B.E./B.Tech. in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation or Instrumentation & Automation or Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
For admission to M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering : B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science / Engineering / Technology or Information Technology or Electronics & Communication Engineering, or equivalent or MCA or M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology
For admission to M.Tech. in Biotechnology : B.Tech. in Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering or Biochemical Engineering / Technology or Chemical Technology (Food / Pharma) or equivalent
N.B. :
i) Candidates appearing in B.E./B.Tech. (Final Semester) Examination may also apply. However, they will have to produce their mark-sheets by 30-09-2008 at the latest, failing which their admission is liable to be cancelled.
ii) 18 seats for each course
iii) GATE qualified candidates preferred
iv) Free Laptop to each student on successful completion
Application Procedure:
The aspiring candidates need to apply in prescribed application form, which is available at the Institute on payment of Rs. 500/- only in cash. Forms can also be downloaded from the Institute’s website and submitted along with Rs. 500/- only in cash or DD drawn in favour of "Heritage Institute of Technology" payable at Kolkata. The application form duly filled in is to be submitted to the following address within 02-07-2008.
