Job Title : Manager QA
Location : PUNE
Company : A leading IT Company based in PUNE.

Candidate Experience
• Graduate / Post Graduate having IT experience of 2-3 years and 5 to 6 years in Quality.
• Must have at least one of below mentioned Certification
o CSQA
o Lead auditor ISO 9001
o ATM CMMI L3 or L5

JOB Responsibility:
• Should be able to conduct Work Product and Process audits of the SDLC phases. Imparting training on QMS, CMMI model
• Facilitate the PM to help achieve process compliance and improve projects performance thru process improvements, defect prevention and metrics analysis
• Identify the best practices followed and roll it up at the organization level (QMS)
• Causal analysis of the defects found using various techniques and help to reduce the causes of occurrence of defects.

Qualifications
Essential: Graduation
MBA / PG (Preferable)
