Lead PQA- Experience to Lead and Support implementation of Process Models like CMMI, ISO9000; Quality Audit; Metrics defintion and analysis; Project Management; Six Sigma. :Leads a project team in delivering Quality Assurance solutions according to project charter or contract. This role has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. This role manages project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, including IBM and client employees and 3rd party vendors. This role requires experience with PM methodologies. | PM
