HI...FRIENDS..THIS IS ARCHANA....IM OUT HERE TO SHARE WITH U SOME EXPERIENCE OF MINE IN CALL CENTRES....HAVING INTEREST IN SPOKEN KNOWLEDGE I WAS VERY INTERESTED IN FINDING MY WAY INTO CALL CENTRES AND HENCE ATTENDED MANY CALL CENTRE INTERVIEWS...LET ME SHARE SOME USEFUL TIPS REGARDING THAT TO U...FIRST AND FOREMOST THEY EXPECT IN US IS OUR KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CALL CSNTRES AND WHY WE HAVE CHOSEN THIS AS OUR CAREER?THE ANSWER SHOLD BE ALWAYS POSITIVE IN SENSE & IT SHOULD REVEAL UR INTEREST...THEN THE NEXT THING IS BE FRANK WITH UR ANSWERS...AND SPEAK OUT WHATEVER U FEEL LIKE...HAVE SOME KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CALL CENTRES...THEN WHAT ELSE IMPROVE UR BODY LANGUAGE,ACCENT,UR STYLE....JUST GOHEAD ALL THE VERY BEST..
