Qualification : First Class Master's Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology or equivalent. Candidates qualified through Distance Education mode or unapproved AICTE degrees are not eligible. No minimum experience is required.
Age :Below 30 years
Scale of pay : Rs.8000-275-13500, DA and other allowances admissible as per the norms of Government of Puducherry.

IT : Internet Programming, Mobile Networks, e-Business, GIS, Information Security, Web Site development

How To Apply
The application form can be downloaded and the filled in application with all testimonials is required to be submitted along with a Demand Draft for Rs.500/- (Rs.100/- for SC / ST) drawn in favour of ‘The Principal, Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Institute of Engineering and Technology (PKIET)’ payable at Karaikal should reach 'The Principal, Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Institute of Engineering and Technology (PKIET), Nedungadu (Post), Karaikal - 609 603’ on or before 01.08.2008, 5.00 p.m. by registered post or in person. Separate applications must be submitted for each post. Persons already employed in Central / State / UT Government service / Public Sector Undertakings should send their applications through proper channel. However, they can send advance copy. Incomplete applications and applications received after due date will not be considered.
