Course: Fellow Programme in Management (FPM)
Course Description: Fellow Programme In Management (FPM) [Agriculture, Business Policy, Economics, Finance & Accounting, Computer & Information Systems, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, Personnel & Industrial Relations, Production & Quantitative Methods, Public Systems. ((The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is the doctoral programme of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. The objective of the programme is to provide students with necessary skills to identify and research complex issues in the field of management. FPM seeks candidates with outstanding academic backgrounds, intellectual curiosity and discipline needed to make scholarly contribution.)
Eligibility:
A Masters Degree in any discipline, with at least 55 percent marks, with the Bachelors degree/equivalent qualification obtained after a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.
A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS, with at least 55 percent marks.
A 4-year/8-semester Bachelors degree with at least 60 percent marks or equivalent grade point average. Those appearing for their final examinations in the respective disciplines can also apply.
Financial Aid
The fellowship covers ail academic and living expenses and is available for a period of four years extendable by six months. In addition, student is entitled to subsistence allowance of about Rs 180,000 (including food allowance per year).
How To Apply:
Interested candidates are required to take the Common Admission Test (CAT) of IIMS or GMAT/GRE/GATE/UGC-JRF for some of the specific areas.
